What we collect, why, and how to have it removed. In plain language, because nobody should need a lawyer to read a privacy page.
Who we are
This website is run by Boarcher Cebu Lechon House, a Cebu lechon delivery service based in Quezon City and delivering across Greater Metro Manila.

What the order form collects
The order request form asks for only what we need to roast your lechon and bring it to you:
- Contact person — so we know who to address
- Contact number — so our driver can call on the day
- Delivery date and time — so we know when to start roasting
- Delivery address — so we know where to drive
- Your order — the size, and anything else you ask for
- Email — only if you are ordering from abroad or paying by credit card
- Additional remarks — only what you choose to write
We do not ask for anything else, and we never ask for card numbers or bank details on this website. Payment is arranged separately, after we send your confirmation message.
What happens to it
The form does not save anything on this website. There is no database and no account. When you press Submit, the details are passed straight to a form-relay service, which emails them to our order inbox and nowhere else.
From that point your request lives in our email, the same as if you had messaged us on Viber or WhatsApp. We use it to confirm your order, roast it and deliver it. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone except the driver who needs the address.
Measuring how the site is used
We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel to see which pages people find useful and which adverts bring them here.
Neither of them loads until you press Accept on the notice that appears on your first visit. If you press Decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is stored. Your choice is remembered in your own browser so the notice does not keep reappearing.
You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link at the foot of any page.
We also count visits with a simple counter run from our own address. It tells us how many people read a page; it does not follow anyone between websites.
Your choices
- Decline the measurement tags — press Decline on the notice, or use Cookie settings at the foot of any page. The site works exactly the same either way.
- Ask what we hold — email us and we will tell you what is in our inbox about you.
- Ask us to delete it — email us and we will delete your order request from our inbox.
- Order without the website — call or text 0908 860 7196. Nothing goes through this site at all.
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
