What happens on delivery day
Most people have never had a whole roasted pig delivered before. Here is exactly what happens, so nothing on the day is a surprise.
It comes by car
One whole pig, sitting flat in one vehicle — driven by our own team or by Transportify or Lalamove, depending on the day.
It arrives in an open tray
This is the part people ask about, so it is worth explaining.
Your lechon is delivered in an open tray, not a sealed box. That is deliberate. A pig that has just come off the roast is still giving off heat and steam, and sealing that in is the fastest way to ruin the thing you paid for — the skin softens and the crackling goes. Left open, the heat escapes and the skin stays crisp.
So when it arrives it will look exactly like what it is: a whole lechon on a tray, not a parcel.
How it arrives
At the door
For a house, we come to you. For a condominium or an office building, we meet you at the lobby or the back entrance — most buildings do not allow outside deliveries above the ground floor, and that is their policy rather than ours. Our driver calls when close.
A whole pig is a two-person lift. Have someone ready.
What comes with it
One litre of our seasoned vinegar, free with every order. Cebu lechon is seasoned from the inside — lemongrass, garlic, onion, spices in the cavity — so it is salty and flavourful on its own and needs no liver sauce. The vinegar is there to cut through it, not to cover it.
You also get a message and a photo update on the day.
Once it is on the table, how you chop and serve it decides how long the crackling lasts.
