• LEAD TIME: All Cebu Lechon orders are encouraged to be ordered with a lead time of at least 72 hours before the delivery date.

  • The earlier the order is placed, the better – even weeks or months in advance is recommended,

• RUSH ORDERS: Orders with less than 72 hours before the delivery date are allowed, if approved by the management of Boarcher Cebu Lechon House and are subsequently considered rush orders.

  • Sizes for rush orders are subject to availability and logistical conditions.

• Cancellation of orders and refunds are subject for approval by the management of Boarcher Cebu Lechon House.

• Boarcher Cebu Lechon House reserves the right to cancel any orders due to accidents, unresponsive customers or due to any reason that the management of Boarcher Cebu Lechon House should deem fit for the cancellation of orders.

• The COOKED WEIGHT of the Lechon is not guaranteed. The basis for the sizes are based on the LIVE WEIGHT of the pig. The COOKED WEIGHT provided is only an estimate.

• An order request is different from a confirmation message. The submission of your order request does not immediately grant that the order is confirmed.

  • A strict policy of NO CONFIRMATION MESSAGE = NO ORDER is strictly observed.

• Boarcher Cebu Lechon House is relieved from any responsibilities and/or is not liable for any damages – in any form – or compensations to any unforeseen or undesired consequences, due to a customer’s mistake, negligence, or whatever cause attributed to the customer’s end.

  • I.e. accidents, miscommunication, mishaps, late deliveries failed orders, etc.
