Delivery, packing and what happens after

In an open tray, by car. We do not seal it while it is hot: trapped steam softens the skin, and the crackling is the point.

Usually not — most buildings do not allow outside deliveries above the ground floor. We meet you at the lobby or the back entrance, and you take it up from there.

No. Toll and fuel are already inside the delivery rate quoted in your confirmation message. Nothing is added afterwards.

No. If you ordered before an increase, you keep the price you ordered at. This matters most towards the end of the year, because December sometimes carries a price increase.

45 minutes to an hour and a half across Metro Manila; an hour and a half to two and a half hours for Parañaque, Las Piñas and Muntinlupa; two hours onwards further out. You give us the arrival time and we work backwards from it.

No. We keep taking December orders and deliveries. What we cannot promise is that a particular day will still be open — we may announce at any time that slots for a date are full.

Native breeds, including native hybrids. What we do not roast is the ordinary commercial farm pig — the breed is the reason the skin behaves the way it does.

Reheat on high heat or deep-fry, and keep the skin apart from the meat. There is a full guide on our reheating and leftovers page.
